... being terrified it was the most beautiful scenic flight with a prime view of the Marlborough Sounds on the way out and Wellington's lovely harbour on the way in. I spent nearly 3 days wondering round quirky shops, drinking fabulous coffee and of course eating in lots of nice restaurants as well as visiting the Te Papa museum, taking the cable car up the Botanical Gardens and having a wee nosy around the Parliament buildings. Wellington is definitely my kinda city.
