      ... to eat and then watch tv for a bit and the next thing I fail asleep. So Ellie went to relaxed under the Cabana and was working on her Travelpod. Later I woke up and went to join her.

      Later off to bed we go. We have a big day tomorrow another 5 hours drive to the next place in the Costa Ballena on the Pacific side of the Ocean.

      ... Eve meal at Los Almendros (note to self: believe the owner, Karen, when she says the jerk chicken is crazy spicy hot!). After a rousing couple of card games of B.C. (or B.S. as it's really called), the old folks (Andrew & I) hit the sack early to the sounds of fireworks on the beach.

      Pito owns and operates Que Comemos as the waiter, bar tender and chef. He is friendly, accommodating and struggles with his English, as I do my Spanish. Between the two of us, we got by. The ceviche appetizer was perfect. The meal was wonderful. When I inquired about postre (dessert) Pito apologized profusely as he had no offerings. "No postre?" He hung his head. “Lo siento…no postre.” Fair enough. ...

      ... After walking around for a bit and seeing a lady in a revealing swimsuit, we started taking some beach pics. At about 3:30 we got back on the boat and headed back to Puntarenas. A storm started rolling in so we were only able to stay up on top for about 20 minutes and then we had to head inside where there were absolutely no seats, se we just stood for the 2 hour boat ride back. But the band started playing and people started dancing, and they even broke out a limbo ...
