Awake at 0600 dressed, breakfast & left at 0830 for our morning trip to Salzburg. And sunshine as we leave Innsbruck. As we leave onto motorway there is quite a blockage on the oncoming side ( fortunately ) trucks ++ probably due to a religious holiday tomorrow. Trucks are not permitted on highway on weekends or public holidays. We arrived in Salzburg 10am after a short toilet stop just before. As we were too early to check into our hotel we met a ...

For our last night in Salzburg we had dinner at the Chinese buffet across the road. The best part of this place was that you could make your own stir fry and have the chef cook it on the spot. I made myself a kangaroo stir fry with an amazing sauce I now can't remember! It was so good haha.

... find free wifi to contact our host to get the keys to the apartment. But it all sorted out and we moved in.
The best news for the teenagers is that we finally have decent Wi fi. Also, will let me upload some photos to the blog.
We then headed out for a walk to the Old Town and the Christmas Markets.
Wow! So pretty and a fantastic Christmas atmosphere.

We are very happy to be here.
