... brick , hiding breathtaking mosaics are br . You are only allowed in there for 15 mins at a time to help preserve these amazing jewel like images.

ENJOY the pics ...... We were snapping away like turtles .... Noel has many many more if you are interested in a slide night ...... !!!

We are now heading back towards the centre of Italy ......Tuscany here we come......

... area then went to sit in the food cart area. Lucky it was only a short 30 min train ride to Florence. We were happy we made it! We checked into our hotel then went for food! We did a lot of eating in Italy! We walked into the city center, it was hot and packed with tourist standing in line to see things the David statue and the cathedral. We were already missing the small town feel of Ravenna. Florence was much bigger and a tourist trap. I had been there before so didn't feel ...

... trip. We did enjoy Croatia and their beaches and beautifully blue and refreshing water. Tis good stuff.

We called in to see my mate, the oldest checkout chick in the world. Yep, she was there in her white lab-coat and her white cap. I was in the slow lane, her lane u til a speedy man arrived so jumped over to him with my single purchase of a large bottle of water - €0.60, cheap as!

... the same thing for two days in a row. Beaches lined with Umbrellas, **** shops and cafes". I think that having got that out of her system, she was then able to handle the next 20km! I was reminded as we left the Tourist Info Centre that she was riding more than 60km. Unsure what I was to do, so road off south with The Bride following.

... secondary road for about 10km and then we hit the beach. Wow. Umbrella areas set up in front of cafes and huts. The umbrellas were grouped in their colours - yellow and green, yellow and white, red and blue. A marvelous sight, just like you see in magazines and in the movies. There were heaps of people on the beaches, sun baking on the banana lounges and swimming in the beautiful blue water.
