    ... prepared with fully charged iPads for our night of movie watching. We watched Fast and the Furious and promptly fell asleep.     ... I had stayed in with no wifi, a single ratty old comforter on the bed and the bathroom consisting of a toilet with a detachable shower head literally directly over the toilet. After the 1 freezing cold, awkwardly standing shower I took, my entire bathroom was covered in water which basically set the stage for an epic pool party for mosquitoes. The elephants belong to the people but companies like Laos Elephant Camp lease the elephant from the owner for 5-6 years before another company will take on another lease for them which they said puts the elephant into retirement.
