The driver and I carried on to Hikkaduwa and arrived a little before 10. We found the ...

As I walked down a jungle road I wondered how many people would be at the yoga class, and if it might end up being just me and a creepy man teaching the class. I walked into the property and was greeted with a big hug from an Argentinian girl named Agustine ...

... the Indian Ocean which was a sight to behold !!For 98 kms it was just "the sea, the sea , the beautiful sea"The cool breeze made the journey comfortable . We reached Hikkaduwa station after two and a half hours during which I took a nap , made polite conversation with my co-passenger , and admired the world go by.

... the heavens opened practically all day but we did manage a few cocktails and beers on the beach before the cooking. The cooking course was so much fun and we cooked some lovely curries, 5 veg ones and a prawn curry too. After an hour or so into the course we found out it was also Gayani's birthday, the lady who owns the restaurant and who was teaching us. Gayani was such a lovely lady and we all got talking about her family and our life back home during the course. She ...
