          ... to our room we discovered that sailing no longer felt smooth but that our room was kind of vibrating. Everything was shaking. We investigated and found that it wasn't the case anywhere else on the whole ship. We called Guest Services and asked to change rooms but the ship is sold out.           ... they were sincerely sorry for the delay and "they were considering all available options for us to leave."
