Well 193 miles actually for today’s drive to Zadar, journey time roughly 4 hours, one of the longer legs of our European road trip. After dropping off our shopping at the apartment we decided to explore Rovinj by day and go to the rocky headland beneath the main church where the locals relax and swim. Rovinj is such a pretty place we just couldn’t get bored walking around the quaint lanes and popping into the occasional shop. We’re not big on shopping but stumbled ...
... deformed. There was no other name for this piece of fur than ‘Tatty Cat’! A very fitting name indeed. He obviously didn’t take kindly to his new name so proceeded to walk over to our door mat, squat then ****** on it whilst we watched in horror at the cheek of it!
Tatty Cat, was then aptly re-named: **** in Boots!

We have been busy floating abroad over the last week or so with little amounts of internet to update with photos.

We went to Stara Baska next. Now that was a nice trip! We went all the way to the end of yhe road and were surprised to find a nice little secluded bay where you could swim. We got our swimming stuff and hopped on down to the beach. That was nice. The water was cristal clear and boy... Even more cold than the other places we had swom. The view from the water ...
