After clearing immigration and customs- (once again humungous queues) we are greeted by the smiling faces of my sister in-law'sbrother, Kamran, who had come to Australia four and a half years ago for our elder daughter's wedding, and his son, Ramin.

I awoke at 4:30 AM and was unable to go back to sleep. Tough break I guess. Anyway on day 2 we visited the offices of Itau Bank, and the Natura Cosmetics factory.

We departed the hotel around ...

... old and Young and families out and about in the park at dusk..its exactly where i would be running if i lived there, it was a fab park. I was then collected my Sueli to go and have dinner (famous sao paulo pizza!) with her and her partner and daughter. We had a good drive thru the ABC suburb cities and also thru a favela which i found fascinating. Dinner was lovely, amazing pizza, and a different evening for me to be out with a family rather than backpack central, it was ...
