    ... balance and I have enjoyed having more to think about than just my feet!! Even they are being supportive and are starting to feel normal again. As for the next challenge? Lucy has already volunteered both Trina and me for the Culture Crawl round London on 19th September in aid of Maggie's Centres. (Note to feet.... It's only a few hours!) Beyond that, she would like to do something more next summer. She is sure she doesn't need to spend two months ...

    We had a 7 hour trip down Mounts Bay, past Lizard Point and the Manacles and into Falmouth. By the time we arrived the sea had calmed and the sun was shining, so we all agreed that Falmouth is a nice place. We have Thursday here to clean the boat and mooch about. Falmouth is an easy place to mooch.

    ... at each other, tired and spent. We had a ritual of slapping hands and we would know we had achieved something that day. It didn't feel like that at Land's End. After all, we only walked 14 miles that day. Nothing special in that!     ... get seated - it is a very steep walk down and up! We saw a lively and engaging production of "Much Ado About Nothing" and our 5 layers of clothing managed to keep us warm until the last ten minutes when the wind came in and the temperature dropped by about 10 degrees! Thanks Neil Oliver and "Coast" for the recommendation! So now back in Bournemouth for one night before we take a flight to Pisa and a return to Summer's ...
