... but the photo shoot was interrupted by distant shouts: 'krait, krait'. We were so exited that we dropped everything and ran towards Adrian from the centre who found the target species bungarus candidus. These deadly venomous snakes are rather smallish, slender and surprisingly calm. We again were extremely lucky to see this beauty and took plenty of photos.

Feel like an absolute tramp today. We thought we would be able to check in and go through to the departure lounge at anytime before our flight so we could find some comfy seats to have a sleep. But nope couldn't check in until 5am so we had to sleep like hobbos on the floor before we could check in. ... re dry and comfortably laying on an elevated bed with thousands of pillows and a low table in the Centre. Why doesn't Ottawa have these things??? Overall, It was actually a good planning day as we planned out the rest of our 6 days.

We then moved onto an Asian restaurant, The Ginger Moon, for cocktails and a multi course lunch which was divine. The number of restaurants is ridiculous - there are hundreds to choose from and, from what we experienced, the value for money and standard of food was always pretty high.
