Preginas - our old favorite. Jl. Danau Tamblingan 106,Sanur.
Across the menu it has never disappointed and some of the best indo food in Sanur with great ambiance.
A little pricy mid 40,000 rp
Awesome nasi campur and siap rica.

... get to our Hostel. It was not looking good when we first arrived as the place was a dump and it was full. The little Balinese woman claimed 'I hab good hostel for you and friend, I take you, bery, bery nice' at first we were dubious but this place was a dive so we were prepared to risk it. She offered to take us (and our bags) on the back of a motorbike but Rania flat out refused so we ordered us a taxi instead. It turned out to be an absolute result as the new accommodation ...

... the only diners in the restaurant the night before, we were starting to wonder if there were any other guests at the resort. We decided to head to the main pool for a swim whilst our room was being tidied and found it deserted, which was great. Checking the time, 12:10pm and it was hot - perhaps everyone else was sensibly hidden away in a shady spot.

After a brief sunbathe and lengthy swim, we were hungry. We haven’t quite gotten ...

Our vans follow us discretely and I suspect are on hand if anyone gets too tired. We stop under cover to put ponchos on after it has been raining for a while and we are already wet. A Russian traveller Sirgay and I are split off for a faster trip with less stops so we can fit in our elephant ride which the others are not doing. Our guide shows us where animal poo coffee ...
