      ... we managed to get our lot all into Sven and then sensitive Ruby could hold it in no longer and the tears started. That was the soundtrack to the first ten minutes of our trip. We were going for the long haul today as we had taken the slow options for the last few days so we wanted to get as far across Germany as possible.       ... the good old times, that shop personnel wouldn't bother too much and stuck to a simple Goedemorgen (good morning) and Tot ziens (see you later). They couldn’t care less about your day. Of course, they still don’t care, and I guess I better get used to the new ways of the old world. It could be worse.

      ... at the bar at Wombat's hostel. Other than the hostel itself being the best hostel ever, the people we met there were also some of the nicest people I have ever met. Most of them were Americans and we quickly formed friendships through their weird drinking games and our 'cool' accents. Because of this we were very sad to leave Munich behind.
