    Decent budget hotel, very accommodating staff. Situated 5mins from the beach with nice small independent eateries.

    Ok, so it appears I got on a bus for 12 hours and somehow ended up in Russia... First off the first 6 hours of my bus journey out of Hoi An were rather pleasant. I'd opted for the day bus for obvious reasons.... The bus was pretty much empty, I had wifi and the scenic views were something else.... Then we had to suddenly transfer to a cramped old minibus for the next 6 hours. My knees were practically touching my chin, no air con and the new driver tried his luck at making us pay ...
