Okay so the pricing strategy seems to be a little different for each guest arriving (we were quoted B$100 for a beach cabana, some people were quoted less or more than that) but it's got a great location, it's good value for double rooms (B$45) and it's clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel . Femi has been a great help since we arrived, getting us a great room, and the location of the hotel couldn't be better . On a nice little "beach" with a dock, equipped with chairs, a short walk into the heart of caye caulker, and restaurant on site too, life is good at tropical paradise .

A hot and sticky night meant we were amped for a boat ride and snorkelling. We were promised by Carlos our guide and his bro Salvadore that we'd see all sorts of awesome marine life and they didn't disappoint.

4 different spots in the marine national park, which was just wide open ocean, to see everything and some serious slip slop slap …

Pretty much a travel day today. Eggs for breaky and then about 4 hours on the bus from Tulum to Belize. At the half way mark we crossed the border, carrying all our luggage and then hopped on new buses on the other side in Belize. Al and I made the stupid decision to take our half full Belikin beers on the hour long ferry ride from Belize city port …

... it had a lot of time to make his bed. Cursing Stavros under my breath, I make my way out of my room and hail a taxi to a small sea side town in Belize called Ladyville.

Crossing the busy street I make my way towards Stavros, using my choicest swears against him because he did not wake me up. However, because of my lateness, I missed the first half of the instructions and because of my lack of attention( I was having far too much ...
