Today was our final biking so it started early at 8am. The tour of the ocean and banana plantations was amazing. This island continues to try and make a profit thru bananas but the competition is tough. The route was 11.5 miles with winding, rolling roads all along the sea. We got back to turn everything in and begin our wind down. Our last lunch was at the pool in beautiful sunny ...

At least that's what was important for me. I don't really like when it's too hot.
I am more of a mountain person - oh yeah El Teide.
Another great thing about Tenerife - you will find everything there; wavy sea - great for surfers;, lots of sun - amazing for beach lovers; desert areas; beautiful, green woods; ...

... and honest to god it was like stepping on a grape. Those things are very juicy. Yeeech. Then of course when I tried to pick him up with a wad of toilet paper to throw him out he proceeded to fall on the floor before I got him to the can and HE WAS STILL TWITCHING! I see why they say that they could survive a nuclear attack. It was traumatizing for everyone that's for sure. The nights were not restful after that as we worried about what might be crawling around our room in the ...
