Three more hours and we leave for the airport. It's been a great trip and it ended so wonderfully with seeing so many friends and family.
Yesterday we had a surprise visit by Adam's cousin Liat and her daughter Aurora. We haven't seen Liat in 20 years and never met Aurora. It was really special that they came over.

... the neighborhood and I found them! A great cup of coffee and a long walk to Union Square and Whole Foods to pick up some supplies.

I was so beat when I got back to the Brooklyn Bridge stop, but took some dusk photos of the beautiful Surrogate's Court, originally the Court of Records, with its fantastic statuary and staggered on home. And my end of the day surprise was having BRADY waiting for me to walk with me on Saturday. The.Best.Son.

... we headed downtown to the lower eastside and a place called Mighty Quinn’s, this was a Texan BBQ place where a mixture of meats and sides was enjoyed tremendously. We then headed up towards Madison square garden for a snoop around where we stumbled upon a pre-game hockey event called rangers town, basically some games, competitions, memorabilia and a couple of ex-players celebrating the New York Rangers being in the playoffs. We ...
