... I will hear a lot and a WHOLE new way of thinking for a worry wart like me. We arrived at our hostel Hi Sukhumvit which is a charming little place complete with a rooftop lounge, free wifi and air conditioning. It's probably not up to the standards you would expect in a western country but then again our twin room with private bathroom cost around $20 NZ each. We braved the Bangkok Sky Train to go to the MBK which is a mall/ market that is six stories high. ...

... we now have the visa that we wanted and leave the Embassy quickly before John or Jane Doe can change their minds.
Take a taxi back to the Guest House and go to our usual noodle shop for lunch. It is now steaming hotm so we then go back to the room the aircon and a kip.
