The hotel we stayed in was in a good location with the host being very friendly, he reminded us of Gabriel Gate. Gap was a gorgeous little town easily explored by foot from just outside the hotel.

I book in to the Hotel de la Poste where I order a simple evening meal which turns out to be quite the opposite. But I will save that tale for tomorrow.

Nanno nap and after a refreshing shower felt like a ride - so up the mountain we went. It was quite late and the sun was setting - providing amazing panoramic views of the surrounding mountains... Rode through the town of Alp D'Huez looking for photo opportunities. Went into one gear shop that had 50% off (surely ...

Arriving at my camp site Le Colporteurs ag Bourg d'Oisans and my destination just after 7 pm, absolutely starving. The site was like half closed no one at reception so I pitched my tent for the first time on this trip, showered and went I search of ...
