... for a while before heading up to the pool. No lunch as we still felt full after last nights mega feast and late breakfast top up. Despite the long hot summer, Buffavento Village still looks pretty and we will miss the place....but March 2006 is not far off! Pool done it was home, shower and change before a skype session with Ben and Claire, closely followed by Kayleigh and George. Supper was plain old fish fingers and beans with bread and butter! Then off to bed.

... railing job, putting in an outside tap and more tiling to be done. He is reliable, friendly and very very tidy which is a bonus.

So the morning and afternoon passed and in the end we did not a lot. Plenty of reading, listening to the radio, Skyped with Annie who gave us a call out the blue...got all the gossip from home and that was the excitement. A few cups of tea and a slice of this mornings fruit cake leads us to late afternoon and after ...

... at the very back of the Church. On the grave stones there are symbolic carvings in different languages. (French, Greek, Italian, who were the elite of that period.



I believe no matter if you are a Christian, a Catholic or even if you are not that religious, a visit here is a Must! The Church is worth seeing even for the cultural and historical importance. If the guest is religious perhaps he will feel closer to God!
