What a long night. Got our flight at 10:45 and it had two spells of really bad turbulence. Arrived at about 1:30am this morning and got harassed by many taxi drivers on the way out all quoting 800 baht. Shame we got this flight thinking its cheaper because it really didn't work out cheaper with all the extra costs with it being so early. Found a …

About an hour later a hotel representative came to tell us that the taxi that was coming to pick us up had been in a crash and they were trying to find another available driver. Took Paulie back to his motorbike riding days, and he tried to let loose with me on the back. So much fun! ...

As it turned out, Ben (aka Hissy) got accosted by a pack, group, gang of ladyboys as he was walking home. ( much discussion was had as to the collective noun for ladyboys in the pool on Sunday, with the consensus divided between a gaggle and a snip.) The ladyboys thought he was an easy target at 5 am, so they cornered him and took his wallet and phone without Hissy ...

... t so bad and had a bit of a swim - this was a very busy spot, and I found the Japanese group to be quite loud with loads of screaming going on and their tour guide shouting at them over a megaphone. However, the Thai boys competing to see who could climb the highest up the face of the cliffs and jump down into the water were quite entertaining.

Finishing the trip with a couple of snorkelling stops (some lovely fish, and plenty of sea urchins (eek!!!), but not a ...
