      ... fall apart. I found that pretty interesting. We saw people making butter out of lye and lard and other people were shaking up homemade butter in jars as they walked around. There was a band playing bluegrass music and kids trying to play with the old metal ring and stick games. The best part of the whole event was the free food tastings.       ... Last weekend there Cajun cooked up some fried gator tail, gator ribs and gator jambalaya. MMMM MMMM GOOD!!! Once again everybody made dishes and we turned it into a party.

      Some of the pictures attached were from cindy and eds dock (most of the fishing ones) which we are thankful to for letting us fish off of. Theres a lot of mixed pics hope you enjoy them.

      ... space became free. I managed to find the only two roundabouts I've seen here so far, within 50 yards of each other! They worked so much better than the 4 way stops so I don't really know why they still persist with them everywhere else!
