    Down by the seaside is a city of quaint colourful houses, independent coffee shops, cyclists and arty-***** types. Trina and I grab coffees and delicious Venezuelan pulled pork buns and head to the pier where there are multiple boring coin games. Sigh.     My habit of collecting a rock from the shore of every beach I visit was not a difficult job at Brighton as the entire beach was made of rocks, some of them quite large, and so from these I made my choice. That rock once home, and added to my collection will not fail to bring back happy memories of "the day we went to Brighton".
