      i found a supermarket that does home deliveries which saved me lugging too much up hill again

      the weather?? Well in a word...cold,as you would expect. But I have a warm jacket,scarf,gloves and hat and the house is warm...so all good!

      ... 160;& an enormous crop of field beans almost as tall as me!  Geoff had run this way the day before & got lost for a while in the shrubbery before being given the right directions by a farmer in Broad Campden. It was quite fun to follow the narrow trail not knowing just where you'd emerge & to realise that there are tracks like this all over England where walkers have a 'right of way' through farmer's land. ...
