We are trying very hard to stay awake right now. We've been up for over 26 hours but want to try and get ourselves adjusted to the time change ASAP.

I'm struggling with sleep. I always do when I travel to England but normally I can sleep it off by ruining a day or two. But this time I can't really do that. On Wednesday the goal was to ride around 55km as this is about the daily distance next week. We started the morning by heading towards one of the parks in Manchester.
