        Hello again from Edinburgh

After returning the hire car at the airport, we caught the bus out to West Linton to see Anna. Grahame and the boys again. Once more, Anna cooked us an incredible, Middle-Eastern inspired gourmet dinner. A chicken and sumac salad, flatbread and beetroot dip, and another incredible tasty salad made with pumpkin, were all washed down with prosecco and cab-sav…Magnifique. The clever, beautiful, little boys were ...

        Day - Sunday 10th February 2008

Woke up after much needed sleep to the sun streaming through the window. We had bought lots of nice food in Sainsbury’s. We don’t have that in Dublin and I love it. We had a little fridge in the room. Made some breakfast and decided what to do today. Rosslyn Chapel looked the best bet. We made our way up there and it was a gorgeous ...

... this point, it is safe to say we were skeptical that we had just wasted 27 quid each. However, following this, we head into a big room and awaiting each of us (probably 20 other people on our tour) are two glasses of scotch each. This we can get on board with. Our guide, a jolly Scot, walks us through the four different regions of Scotch producing areas in Scotland and the different flavors each has. We have a smelling card ...

... Fried Pizza we ended up at this amazing Italian place and I finally got Carbonara!

After lunch we jumped on a hop on hop off bus to see the sights of the city before heading back to the hotel for a little down time before dinner.

Dinner was provided by the hotel and was honestly horrible.

A few of us headed out for a couple of drinks at a pub in the city. My first night out since I got sick!
It was an awesome night with lots of drinks and SO much spastic dancing.
