      ... card table. There is a private wash room with western style loo and posh hand basin. The next carriage would have been for the servants, this is far more basic with a squat loo and benched seating area. Finally the cook's quarters with kitchen and lastly a dining room. Beside the carriages we have railway memorabilia including telephones, lamps and more wooden furniture as well as a few working scale models. Back outside we see more locomotives and an old Ford car ...

      ... not provide any opportunity for doing any arts. This particular school gets some financial help from a wealthy Indian women who assured that the school would dedicate a space for art workshops, and some volunteers like Seth come here once a week to try to help kids to develop their creative artistic abilities which are otherwise sorely undernourished. The kids are so appreciative of this!

      ... time the foot was alreadu so much better. Phew.....
      Dinner was a treat of lovely aloo parathas with curd rice. But poor Ravi, who had been vomiting during the day, couldn't stick being at the table for long and had to retire back to bed.
      As seems to be the way, Rosina stayed up later than me, both she and Vibha on their laptops in the lounge. Rosina's new passion, fostered by Ravi, is playing chess online.
