    ... with their prototype Buell's they would make the cosmetics of the bike look shabby and placed a Honda logo rather than a Harley logo on the gas tank (but would intentionally invert the Honda "wings" for those in the know.

    There was far more at the Museum for me to talk about but this is my typing limit for today. If you're ever in Milwaukee - Go to the Harley Museum! It is well worth the pilgrimage...

    ... were even a couple of dozen antique cars in various stages of restoration/mutilation. A nice way to spend a warm summer's evening... tomorrow I'll be hanging out here for an extra day so I can do the museum tours and then I'll be heading north towards Winnipeg starting on Saturday (rain is in the forecast for the weekend in this area but hopefully the weatherperson here is as accurate with their forecasting as they have been back home!). ...

    ... we will usually change our route to incorporate it. Always been worth it so far. Some of the houses along Lake Michigan were so large and opulent - mansions. Along the beaches, there were lots of people taking advantage of the good weather. The water in Lake Michigan is very very cold though we did see a few people swimming. These lakes are so huge - I guess that's why theya re called the Great Lakes. Ha Ha. It's like most things, knowing and seeing can be 2 very diffferent ...

    ... wi-fi. A good map of Venice is loaded. I wasn't able to activate the Boingo search. Rinse back at 83 minutes. Diane had all of her stuff spread out on the bed when I got back.     ... in to a budget chain motel called La Quinta. There are a number of chain motels that you see everywhere like Super 8, Motel 6 or Howard Johnson, but compared to Canada they are usually much cheaper. Obviously more popular tourist spots like Cody, Wyoming were more expensive.
