... to a farmers market, the organic butchers, free range chickens and eggs, milk from a local dairy, buy products with no palm oil etc etc. Here it is near impossible, everything processed has either palm oil or MSG or both in it. The only instant coffee is Nestle, all meat is Halal and the end line product of the live export process that I have demonstrated against in Australia and there is no such thing as free range eggs. I am having to change my 'normal' ...

Was getting updated on whatsapp and saw pics of my niece and nephews… made me feel really home sick. My mom called so we talked for about 45 minutes, which was really nice! To top it all off, I've been sick all week...again. Two straight days of not being able to keep any food down was rough. Plus fever, cough...all that good stuff. The school does allow us to take sick days (though to get paid for the sick day we have to go to the hospital for a doctor's note. which can be difficult when you don't have a way to the hospital!), but unfortunately, if we take a sick day we lose our end of year ...
