After next weekend ( 1 April) there will be an event named Blazing swan which is about 300 km from Perth, many of the people from the Perth CS community are going there. However i already decided not to go, because it wouldn't be really easy if I find a job. During dinner they spoke a lot about this event, and I started doubting more and more whether I'd go or not, since I haven't found a job and I start doubting if I'll find one soon.

... didn’t matter all that much.) The paper we got from Viator wasn’t all that clear, nor was the description. Turns out I booked a tour based in Perth (when I could have just as easily booked it based in Fremantle, mutter, mutter). The ship docks in Fremantle, about 30 minutes away from Perth. That wasn’t at all clear from the cruise docs. After we got off the ship, a nice lady at the information desk told us we’d have ...

I landed on time in Perth and was greeted at the gate by Ann. After making our way through the airport, we met up with Ken, took a few pictures, and off we went. Wasting no time, I was introduced to the lovely village that Ken and Ann live in. The Village is a small gated community outside of the city. Ann made lovely salmon and salad sandwiches, then it was off for a quick tour of the area.

Ann drove me around where she and Ken used to live, a ...
