We were staying in an area called Kuta which is the most popular area for backpackers and surfers due to the beach and the apparently awesome waves. There was a sale on the agoda website so we managed to gaga. Really nice room for quite cheap that had a pool and was really close to town but still really quiet. The man street is called jalan legian with 'the poppies' street leading through to the beach and the whole place is full ...
