We have a new addition to the house, Steve aka mr hebbles, who joined us along with Paul and Mrs Moon. We got chatting about a place called Ariels point which is a day trip from White beach. Paul did a good job selling it to us, well actually it didn't take much once he had told us it was unlimited ...

... 10p jeepney ride to another bus station and finally a short ferry crossing from the mainland to Boracay that cost as much as the whole day of travelling :(
Locals just pay the boat fee (30pesos) but non-locals also have to pay 100+200 for environmental and terminal fees! The crossing only took 15 minutes and most of that was spent trying to moor up by the jetty on arrival :)

... with that! Good luck!". I will not name names but maybe, just maybe, its feature on Lonely Planet book might have gotten into her coconut head. She was plain rude. In fact, the only rude person I had encountered in the Philippines besides the pimps in Manila. As you can tell, I won't stand for snobbery. So what did I do? Nothing. I just rolled my eyes in disgust and marched out.
