Wednesday to Friday are sports days for the whole school. All lessons are cancelled and there are all sorts of activities, mainly leading up to a big parade on Friday.

I've been in Chiang Mai, the second largest city in Thailand, for a week today. I haven't been too excited about the city but decided to stay for a week of yoga training. It is 4 hours per day (1 meditation hour, 1/2 of breath work and 2.5 hours of poses) and it starts at 3 so there isn't much time to do tours and things before that. I've been keeping ...
