The last few nights of the trip characterised what I have appreciated and enjoyed the most throughout this whole experience. An impromptu invitation at one campsite to a family celebration dinner with other cycle tourists and before arriving in the city, two wonderful nights of Warm Showers hospitality, talking travel and bicycles.

... houses the giant Panda. Most recently, the San Diego Zoo has added a new Koalafornia Adventure - providing an entire Australian experience of its native birds and animals. The weather was very hot and we had to keep drinking water to keep our liquids up. The park was great and had 2 escalators and a Skyfari which took one high over the Zoo property.
