    ... main bit where you get hassled and we ending in a travellers club. Was ok nothing to special but we got pretty drunk and danced like idiots to make each other laugh. Main reason we didn't make no friends. Lol. As that got boring we ended in a club called seduction. Was in there about 5 mins was basically a Thailand version of Marbella.     ... and feasted on noodles and curry crab sauce for ten rands. Later we spoke for an hour with Monica and Hannes - Austrians who'd been living for three years in Yunan in China. They manufacture hand made exclusive jewelery. Now they are moving on and back to Europe. They are ready for the water fight tomorrow and have purchased a multi - colored Rambo type plastic automatic machine gun to join in the fun.     ... and neon overload. It's dizzying but the atmosphere is great, it feels completely safe and everybody is happy. The new Police Commissioner has recently put a stop to the ping pong and novelty shows so the reality is a lot tamer than it once was. It is, nevertheless intoxicating. We ate Red curry and chicken and cashew nuts, watching Old boys feeding their ting tong's oysters. Compelling viewing!! A great night and looking forward to what the beach will bring ...

    ... about 12:15 so I walked into town to try to find the place where I could do rock climbing in the afternoon. I found it and booked my trip for 1:30 so I went back to the hostel and put on underwear under my board shorts cause it was too dang hot and humid.     ... mouth and lips were on fire. Every extra mouthful I took felt more like it was burning into my skin.....I got through half of it and had to give up! Jack had roast duck which was beautiful and Brad had a curry. Ti had a seafood pasta - she needs to get a bit more adventurous! We also enjoyed a couple of lime Bacardi "Freezers"!
