... Least everyone else was little bit more friendly and had chat with few people while waiting to be let out the store at the end of the shift. In the days before long range jet airliners, you had to make a stop at either Fiji or Samoa to get fuel when traveling from Hawaii to Australia. Now we can fly for much longer times, but it is nice to have a field we can stop at in case of any problems.
