    If someone is in need, Leon is the first to step up to lend a hand. I mentioned his work area in a previous post and I included a picture today. His so called "Hacienda Home Depot" cache of supplies is there for the benefit of anyone who can use it. He doesn’t like to waste anything and can find uses for just about any bit or piece of material. Waste not, want not, right?

    ... items in a couple of ice chests (thanks, Leon for the electric ice chest) and then we used the ice maker, that is a stand-alone unit in the motor home, for all the freezer items. We then put bowls of hot water in the freezer to speed things along, and I used a hair dryer (not recommended by any manufacturer – but is highly efficient if used properly) to defrost the metal cooling fins.     The tour began at 1:00, just after we arrived. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, especially since he has only worked for them for less than three months. He was obviously a very quick study. They started the tour with a sample of their fudge and also with a piece of, get this, chocolate covered bacon. It’s their number two seller. Cheryl didn't like the bacon sample and by the way, their chocolate is gluten free.
