... a fascinating photographic exhibition on the elderly incarcerated population, detailing the stories of aged cons and the costs the public must bear to keep them locked up, as well as statistics on reoffending rates once an offender reaches 65. Many of these people have served lengthy time for crimes these days often go unpunished, and are often in their situation due to either desperation or simply a lack of education and options.
