... only to find out contrary to what we were told on the phone, that we weren't allowed to park there and would be subject to towing. We decided to leave the RV on the street for 2 days and had luckily had no problems. It was wonderful to see my brother & my Mother who has improved since a knee replacement in February. Nothing too interesting to photograph in the rain. Expenses: Gas for motorhome $275. Propane for RV $40. Gas for Honda ...

... We saw long horned sheep, white tailed deer, and elk. The deal was if you saw any animal, you yelled out to look at which ever hour of the clock it was. There were many groupings of deer then the elk came into view. This ditsy blonde yank yells out in a loud voice an elk at 3 o'clock - but unfortunately for her it was only a huge brown rock- and boy did everyone take the ****.....

Today is the only day without a stack of activities - ...

... 2010. It was kinda cool, and weird, to hear a South Australian voice again, and I really noticed the accent after not hearing one for quite a while, apart from my own family and friends. Jen had so many Aussie animal tree decorations from her time there, it was great! Of course, it had already been snowing on and off for several weeks by then, so it was the perfect start to start the month with the lead up to Christmas.

... which Jan asked to be handed up to her by the 8th November, before the long weekend. At the time it felt like pressure I didn't need, but once they were done it was lovely to have the long weekend before me to relax a bit, and do something else besides school work for a change. Jennifer Cobb and I had promised that we'd get together and have a "Chuck-a-thon" night to celebrate the fact that our reports were done, and wasting no time, we scheduled this for that very night. ...
