... leave and go find fast food when our food finally showed up, nearly 90 minutes after we ordered.

Now I understand how things work. I understand that things break sometimes. I even understand that orders get lost on occasion. What I don't understand is the complete lack of customer service this place had during that whole ordeal.

Other guests were getting their food the entire time we were waiting.

... border people again wanted to look very closely at us. You can understand that, of course.

Jon drove for a while towards Seattle, then I took over again until we were about 40 miles out of Seattle. I was too tired and slept while Jon drove the next four hours or so and we got to Spokane in time for breakfast.

What a great lot of memories that weekend has given both of us.

... when we hit an off camber right hander that exited directly to a bridge. I narrowly made the bridge and hauled my bike to a stop after another 30 yards. Tristan didn't make the bridge and went off the trail. With a gash on his thumb and legs bleeding, he was dripping blood fast enough to make a vampires pulse quicken! ... get the heck out of the area as soon as we can! why you ask? well let me just say that not one person that drives in Portland knows how to drive and the truck drivesr dont care about anyone on the road but themsleves. Next time i'm driving a tank and lets see who rules the road then! lol!

... flight and I was very anxious to get there. I sat next to Mr. Mark Ripen and passed some time talking about football. I got to Spokane around 10pm and was so excited.

Jamie was there to pick me up with a big smile and an even bigger hug. It was so great to finally see her. I also ran into one of my old soccer buddies at the lost luggage counter. Oh yeah, my backpack with 90% of my stuff, two bottles of rum, and all of my souvenirs did not make its way around the luggage ...
