... distance in every direction. Camera Obscura is a place we have yet to visit, though its eccentric manager/host has helped propel it to a status as a must-see tourist site.

The hilltop is also home to the A ver Tavira restaurant, where we lunched prior to visiting the Castle. A ver Tavira turned out to be one of the best we had enjoyed so far in Tavira, a definite recommendation.

... the most part, and cheap--the owner charged us fifty Euros a night. He charges the annual camping family from Dubai 450 Euros a week during the summer season. We had no contract and keys to the cottage are still at Loginha waiting for him to pick them up because he said that he trusted Marcela!
