Spent some time by the pool - its directly in front of our rooms- water was absolutely spot on temp for cooling down . Boys had a great time splashing around and playing with a partially deflated, punctured lilo ! We lunched at a small beach side cafe. Really nice but the food was not cooked ...

Who knows, maybe I had needed to be alone, and have all the other things happen to truly trigger what happened that night on the beach, after all, I haven’t really broken down properly like that since I lost Lidia, I’ve always held it all in as blokes tend to do, not wanting to appear weak or emotionally fragile. However, maybe I really needed to get it out of me before I could start to look forward and move on with my ...
