    Had a very lazy last morning leaving the site around 11.30am in search of fuel, luckily the local supermarket down the road had plenty ;-). Ooooo there's an Argos let's take the stupid, non working dash cam back, ummmmmm receipt? Nope, still they sent Andy an e receipt, oops they had sent a receipt for a travel adaptor at £6.99!!!!!!!     10am and we are off to Durham to see my dearest sister. It's a beautiful day to drive the 300 odd miles. I couldn't believe how many different sets are roadworks there are..with 40 & 50 mph limits its slowing us down! We saw two red kites over Oxford, and just after Doncaster there were six windmills.     We took the scenic route today from Great Wishford down to a place called lyndhurst. Another typical English village. The countryside is stunning and we were in an area called New Forest where there are no fences for most of the trip and the horses and cows just roam all over the road Lots of very cute foals but you have to drive slowly.

    Today's weather was similar to yesterday’s – temperatures in the upper 50s and mostly sunny. There was just a little bit more chop on the seas, but still pretty smooth. I took advantage of the time change one hour back and slept in late. I think I slept for 11 hours – it’s been a long time since I got to do that, and it felt great! Also, the bed and the duvet cover are very comfortable.
