    ... in. She spent about half an hour there feeding them and playing with them. Maybe it's part of her Sunday routine? It was so random, probably more random than the basket full of puppies we saw in Catania the other day!     The days after Steve and Sue left went much the same Stazzo way. We cooked, played scopa, visited the Blue Bar and just soaked up the village life. Before Joe and Jen left for Paris we visited the nearby seaside village of Capo Mullini where we had a nice Sunday late lunch in one of the many platforms over the water. And then again it was time for another Stazzo farewell at La Conchiglia. Then just four Australians in Stazzo.

    Today we enjoyed some beautiful sunshine at St. Peter's Pool with a group of friends - it was lovely! The beach area has a natural swimming pool which was perfect for bathing and relaxing in the water. We had a picnic and took lots of photos, and shared many happy memories of Malta!!!!

    Was the perfect end to our trip!

    ... biting. What doesn't help is that all the buildings on the island are built to keep heat out, so it is generally warmer outside than in. Even so rainfall is relatively low, and I could count how many times it has rained with my fingers. Furthermore between 11 and 2, the sun still beats down.
