... I haven’t really figured this out yet. But most days the students are there from 8 a.m. until like 1 or 2 p.m. There is no lunch served at the school. Students have to go home for lunch or bring something to eat if they are staying after school. I am able to make it home for lunch everyday with my awesome schedule. ... Was a small one bed apt but very clean and modern and good value too. Would certainly recommend for a stay here www.chileapart.com The flight was tiring as it was 4pm leaving NZ and I arrive at 11am the same day after over a 10hr flight. So it ended up been a 39.5 hour day as crossing International Date Line. So first day I crashed a bit. Went to local supermarket for food. Next day got up early, went to local cafe for breakfast. After many sometimes sketchy border crossings in Africa, we were prepared for the worst, yet had faith it would be ok here. The immigration and passport stamping went extremely smoothly and all at one counter for exit and entrance.

Here, we met a couple who had been on the previous tour, from Portland, Oregon, and who it transpired owned a small vineyard themselves.
