Schmarrnche Frankfurt

J.: Ok, so... time to leave. It feels a little bit like somebody but my brain on fast forward repeting the same loop over and over again: "passport:check, tickets:check, did i really pack everything? (short brake while I run off to go trough the packing list, which is three pages long), ok, good, everything is there." and then it starts all over...

Arrived early in Frankfurt, at about 5:30am local time. Fairly empty flight, but hard time sleeping. Met a fellow traveler in Chicago before departure, but he is on a different flight. We'll meet here in Frankfurt and take the same flight later this morning to Chennai. All is well.

We arrived at Fiumicino around 4:10am.The cab driver was a lovely lady who spoke English with a beautiful Brit accent and had traveled a lot herself.
