... south Tehran is poor... And more. All in a 20 minutes and well worth the fare.

The rental car has sat nav, thank goodnes. However, we are now on pretty familiar turf. We headed off to Bad Homburg for lunch at our favourite potato restaurant. Feeling like this is the first time I've actually had a chance to assess just how long my cheap three-flight-combo journey is going to take to get me to Bolivia! ... that crosses the river, which has also become overcome with love locks and even a love bicycle; at least I think that's what it was. We were expecting bad weather, so we were pleasantly surprised to even see a bit of sunshine, even if it is Summer!

Heading back to Paulsplatz, we stopped for some lunch. We ate a pizza and drank a diesel (Cola and beer) under an umbrella in the shade. From there it was a long walk back to the car past the Eurotower, where the ...

    Frankfurt (yet) again

A travel blog entry by quinlet on Apr 09, 2014

... Coming home I went via Heathrow as the flight was more than an hour earlier than the City Airport flight. It only gets me home half an hour earlier but it's still worth it.

I've now lost my silver card so I can't use the lounge, but the bar by gate 4 is perfectly reasonable for a 30 minute stop. The Heathrow flights do use a jetty and we were quickly on board and away a bit early. The A320 was not full and I had two ...
