Shortly after we wavaed goodbye to Dad and Jan and grabbed a bus back to our trusty caravan park for a well earned early night. Wow, what a day!
Fact for the day, The buildings that are now the Little Creatures Brewery were originally the boatsheds that the Australia II Americal Cup yacht was conceived and built back in 1983.
... which won the America's Cup in 1983, sits proudly for all to admire.
Tuesday we took the train from Fremantle to Perth. walking the cobbled street of London Court, admiring the old courthouse buildings and gardens and the famous Bell tower, where the bells ring on every hour and sometimes continually when the demonstrations are on. We cruised back to Fremantle along the Swan River.

While in the Pyrenees we will check out a few mountain climbs,general sightseeing and suss out where all the hot springs/spas are to relax after a good mornings ride. I will also try to continue with my holiday tradition of a different beer and/or a different pub each day.

We took a walk down by the old jetty and a walk around the docks. Fremantle yacht club is amazing. We wandered up the hill to the Round House, Fremantle's first prison. The views from the hill were beautiful.
I could easily spend a week in and around Fremantle there are so many beautiful places, the old limestone buildings are just awesome.
We then headed to Fremantle Jail for a tour. What an amazing building, ...
... view. Tony played his didgeridoo and sang to his guitar as we looked out at the lights of Perth.
We got rather lost coming home - Robyn had been at great pains to help us with the route, but we missed the final turn and 40 mins later found our way back!!!
