... our shower head didn’t work. (we found this out by trying to turn the shower head on, the knob shooting off old faithful style and then having to shove the knob back on to prevent the water from getting all over the bathroom floor. Hilarious.)
But it was totally cool. I would much rather have hot running water over a working shower head that only dispenses cold water.

We finally got into Kumasi at 11:00 to find that there we no rooms at the Hotel Swagart, where we stayed last time, and there was no where left to eat. They suggested the Nurom Hotel next door. They had rooms but we had no cedis so we put a 100 Euro deposit enough for 2 nights for all the rooms and agreed to bring cedis in the morning at checkout. We all went to bed tired and hungry after a very long day of travel.
