      ... Ganzer was the least involved but easily generated the best looks. At one point a 40 year old Russian girl came over, said something and ran her hand across my stomach, it was like slow motion, a slow motion car crash, not the 'baywatch running on the beach' slow motion. I turn to Ganzer my desperation showing, he answers the question "No"

      ... be out of our rooms by 1pm, can't have our rooms till we leave because the hotel is chocka block full today. They gave us an extra hour which at least was something. We'll put our bags in lock up and go and get some lunch and then head to the airport about 3.30. Night flight so hopefully we'll be able to sleep most of the way.       ... ha! 27th Jan. we've been up since 5.30am to get a flight from Chang Mai to Bangkok then Bangkok to Hanoi, Vietnam. First impressions- not good. We are not happy and I feel really on edge. We waited at the visa counter for aaaaages because we didnt have USD to pay 45USD each on arrival for the visa.. cash only so we had to wait until they were ready to frog march us out to a cash machine.. Then the guy tells us to get 2million out, now we don't understand this currency yet so ...
