Met an American couple who are working in Shanghai and a interesting lass from Yorkshire, Liz, doing a PHD in Sports Psychology. Most of the prepping had been done and we just had to follow Mimi, chopping, advising and discussing how Thai cooking works. At the end of each course we sat down and ate it - it was brilliant even though it was only about 11am!. We cooked Thai spring rolls, a delicious Tom Goom Soup. Pad ...

It is also known to be a mesmeric treat during the evening whilst the sun is setting. The soft sands of Nai Harn beach and it's swimming friendly waters have made it quite popular ...

          20/3/2014 Dubbo - Sydney - Thailand

... Cronulla, the Central Coast, lands on the furthest runway from the terminal and I hope they have a long range fuel tank for the drive to the terminal. It takes almost as long for the on ground bit to the terminal as it did flying from Dubbo to Sydney. The plane pulls up in the maintenance area and a bus takes us to Terminal 3, walk up the steps, come out at Gate 1 and then to Gate 15 ( Qantas Transfer lounge) where I double check that my bag and boarding passes ...
