... around an hour before the planned departure and amazingly the train was on time. It was also clear which platform the train was departing from, however it was unclear which part of the platform we should get onto the train. We had been allocated separate seats, Terrie in carriage B3 and John in B1. To quote the immortal Sheldon Cooper logic should dictate that B1 and B3 and separated by one carriage - B2. No, no, no that is too easy and not aligned to Indian Railways philosophy. ...

... about it, with lots of music and fireworks on the beautiful beach. As I'm sure you are all aware a party scene isn't quite my scene! We spent four days in total in Baga and really enjoyed it. Many tourists from Eastern Europe were spotted by myself and Miss Rich. People from Russia mainly. Either way we really enjoyed every place around except for Baga, which we had to return to for the night, but we weren't too worried cause we knew we were getting out of there the next day (that was the last night we payed for in advance).

So, we were sitting in Mike's beach shack having a small - or was it a large? - Kingfisher and Dennis came up to us and asked if we fancied a boat trip on the river. Maybe, we say, and he proceeds to offer us a five hour "all inclusive" boat trip, guaranteeing we will see dolphins and all sorts of other wildlife for 850 rupees - about 10!. We'll think about it, we say and wander off for our next Kingfisher ...
