... seen. We asked the owner the next day if that was normal for a Saturday night, to which he replied "oh no that was special, it was an engagement party". So, while England was on flood warnings we decided to head towards more water - Liverpool. Within an hour of arriving at our accommodation we were in the Beatles Museum learning all about the band and checking out artifacts and exhibits. Probably one of the better museums we've done on our trip and well worth the ...

Like most travel shows, the visa was the last piece of the jigsaw that I was waiting for and for a while it was a little touch and go whether all the paperwork I needed would arrive in time. It was so hot & packed but really neat in that they had a cover band who were actually really good. Of course, more English weather that we weren't prepared for met us along the way, so while walking aimlessly in the rain we came across a drag bar & decided to go in for a bit! Made it our own & had a good night! Doing a Liverpool Beatles tour tomorrow then off to York for the ...

Woke up and we were going to go out shopping with one of the ladies I met at the wedding (it's one of Julia's cousins) but we walked round to Nadine's (Julia's daughter) house as she has the internet and went to email her, but we decided not too as neither of us could be bothered. Nadine sorted out my train ticket so I sent a quick email to billie telling her I'd be home tomorrow night. Then she emailed me back "Nat I'm not very well you need to catch a taxi from ...
